​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Simply browse through the online store and see what design you would like to purchase and proceed through the drop down boxes.If you would like to purchase simply add to your shopping chart then once your order is ready to process, simply proceed to the check out where you will be promoted to eneter your card details in the secure payment. 

 

Alternatley contact me with your requirements or custom design request and I will communicate with you directlyduring the whole creation process.  The payment for the item can then betransfered directly into CrystaLiving's account.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Please note that all items are handmade and frequently made to order so it may take up to a week to process your order, if it takes any longer than this you will be notified directly.

 

The item will then be individually gift wrapped with a hand written card describing the metaphysiacl functions and potential healing properties of the crystal purchased.  It will be sent first class and postage can vary depending on the item and chosen delivery service, ie,if recorded or special delivery is selected. You will be notified of the postage costs but it will range from £2-5 on a standard item.

 

Privacy policy

 

All customers information obtained will not be used for anthing other than processing the order and will NOT be given or sold to any third party company. Please rest assured that we value your custom and repect your privay, always with love. :)

​Returns & Refunds


It is stated that all of these pieces are one offs but can be made in a similar style but there may be variations from the featured pictures due to the size and shape of the stone. Please allow for all individual designs to be slightly different if it is not exactly the same piece featured in the picture but made to resemble the chosen piece. 

Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, and the Return Policy allows you 7-14 days to review your purchase. We understand there are times that your perception of the item purchased is different, when personally inspecting the item. That is usually apparent immediately upon opening the package. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price (minus the postage and packaging costs). To receive a refund, You will need to contact us first. We will provide a return address. You may want to insure the item, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Then, return the unworn, undamaged item(s) in their original conidition within 14 days of receipt of item, and you will receive a refund minus shipping cost. .After 7-14 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Should you have a concern about an item you've purchased, please contact me right away.

 

If you purchase an item but have simply changed your mind then you may return it at your own cost and I will refund you but not the cost of postage.


Exceptions


Please note that custom handmade jewelry orders are not refundable, as we are in constant contact via email & with photos during the process of making the jewelry. Items that are damaged or worn are not refundable. Also for hygeine reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty, in which case I will either repair or refund you.
